I don't have any Playbooks already. What support does Ivo offer?

You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager and implementation team who will work with you to create initial playbooks from your templates or previous documents. Alternatively, you can use our Playbook generation tool which will automatically generate Playbooks for you based on precedent or template documents.

Then, we'll collaborate with you to refine your playbooks further. Your Customer Success Manager will continue to be available for weekly meetings for the entire duration of your time as a customer with us.

How do I use Ivo?

Ivo is a Microsoft Word add-in, which means you can use Ivo directly from within your Microsoft Word application.

What is the process for installing the add-in to Microsoft Word?

We have a guide available here. Your IT team may restrict which add-ins you can install so you may need to contact them if these steps don't work. The versions of Word we support are listed here.

How long until I can get started?

You can get partial access to Ivo within a day of signing an agreement with us. The Checklist and Clause features require a short implementation process.

Does Ivo use my data to train any AI models?

No. Your data is not used to train AI models. You can request the Technical Overview for more information on how we process data.

How do you manage Data Privacy?

Ivo uses Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service. Data processed using the Azure OpenAI Service are not used for model training.

First and third party contract information is not stored by Ivo, except to the extent this information is provided to us for the purpose of maintaining playbooks. Learn more at trust.Ivo.ai
